As an exhibitor at VIV Europe 2026, this is your go-to resource for all essential information to make your participation seamless and successful. Here, you’ll find detailed guidance on every aspect of your preparation.

Preparation

Here’s everything you need to know as an exhibitor to get ready for the next VIV Europe. A summary of useful information to help you prepare for the upcoming event.

The Exhibitor Portal will serve as the exhibitor manual. Via the Exhibitor Portal you will get access to the:

  • Webshop, which enables you to make extra orders such as furniture, audio & visual equipment, electricity etc.
  • The new VISIT Connect application via which you can personalise exhibitor badges and invite your customers to visit your booth.
  • Stand construction information (e.g. what to submit, rules & regulations).

Within the portal, you ‘ll be able to add and authorize your colleagues and/or stand contractors. This will help to divide the correct responsibilities for the show preparations in your company.

In order to get your stand approved, VIV assembled the Stand construction regulations. You may share this document with your stand builder to avoid design mistakes.

Please upload your booth drawings through the Exhibitor Portal. VIV has created a list with Recommended stand builders. Despite these recommendations you are always free to work with other stand builders.

Move out/dismantling:

You can order your personalized exhibitor badges via the Exhibitor Portal.
Badges required during the Construction and Dismantling period can be downloaded from the Exhibitor Portal closer to the exhibition date.
