Ammonia is widely preferred in industrial cooling applications due to its thermodynamic performance, economic advantages, and zero contribution to global warming. Reciprocating, screw, or hybrid compressor systems containing both can be used to provide high efficiency and adapt to the conditions of use.
Common Application: Large-scale processing plants.
Advantages
Anglia Autoflow is the family business based in Norfolk, England. Since 1969 Anglia Autoflow step by step has been designing, developing, manufacturing and implementing into modern industry a range of innovative and leading-edge products for the food processing industry – the turn key solution for live birds logistic chain. Anglia Autoflow has been at the forefront of creating modern industry standards for the catching, transport and factory handling of poultry. Thanks to Anglia Autoflow, the hanging of birds from open topped drawers has become an industry preference. Easyload™ Transportation solution (Drawer & Module System) was introduced in 1981 and has been a global success, replacing dumping container systems – improving welfare and product quality. Hundreds of Easyload™ systems operating in climates ranging from the severe cold of Canada and Russia to the extreme heat of the Middle East and Africa. Since the mid 80s, the Easyload™ harvester by Anglia Autoflow completely solves the downgrading problems resulting from manually catching and loading birds. The dimensions and manoevrability of the Harvester allow it to work in any type of shed, even with columns and on any litter. These days, the broilers harvesting automation is especially relevant due to the shortage of labour and its high cost. Easyload™ Packer counts and records birds numbers. The world's first nitrogen based Controlled Atmosphere Stunning Easyload™ system was installed in UK in May 2002. Scientific research conducted by the University of Bristol, Anglia Autoflow were able to alongside independent industry tests, conclude that Anglia Autoflow's Controlled Atmosphere Stunning (CAS) produced high quality meat and provided the best welfare solutions. By combining their extensive industry knowledge and experience alongside the work carried out by the University of Bristol and Anglia Autoflow were able to successfully develop the nitrogen based stunning system. Anglia Autoflow won the RSPCA Freedom Foods Alastair Mews Award in 2002. RSPCA is non-profit making farm animal welfare scheme, that promotes improved animal welfare on farms, during transport and at the abattoir. The judges, who included vets, academics, livestock consultants and representative from the trade press commented on the Easyload™ system as "having the potential to have a huge impact on the industry". After CO2 was approved for stunning, Anglia Autoflow developed 5 stage Control Atmosphere Stunning that just used this gas. Birds in drawers smoothly transfer through this system, calmly pass into unconsciousness and remain in this state throughout the hanging and kill process. This eliminates bird stress, releases of adrenaline in the blood and significantly increases the quality of meat. The gas injection and transfer of birds through the CAS systems is automatically controlled and adjusted to suit the bird and line throughput. The Anglia Autoflow's CAS Halal approved in many countries and preferred by Fast Food Chains wanting high product quality and animal welfare. Easyload™ is the best turnkey high bird welfare solution for poultry logistic: Automatic catching Efficient loading Efficient transporting High speed automatic handling at the processing plant Controlled Atmosphere Stunning for all types of birds.

The Apollo Compact Pro by CMC Poultry Tech is a compact, high-performance automated machine for harvesting and loading live chickens.
Designed in compliance with EHEDG guidelines, it ensures maximum biosecurity and easy cleaning thanks to its galvanized and stainless-steel structure.
It loads 8,000 to 12,000 birds per hour (16–26 tons/h), maintaining consistent weight and quality through an automatic weighing system.
The Soft-Start System and reduced belt inclinations ensure gentle transfer, minimizing animal stress. Loading takes place directly into containers via an integrated carousel, avoiding contact with litter. It is compatible with all major cage types (Marel, Meyn, Linco, Anglia, and others).
Only 2–4 operators are required, reducing labor costs.
Its compact design makes it easy to transport and maneuver, even in complex poultry houses.
It operates in extreme temperatures from –40°C to +50°C.
Supported by comprehensive service, training, and spare parts assistance, it represents the latest generation of high-efficiency CMC loaders.
AUBINEAU Constructeur expertise at the service of the poultry sector
Day-old chick transport is a particularly delicate activity that requires unique technical expertise. For several decades, AUBINEAU Constructeur has been recognised as a specialist in this demanding field, thanks to vehicles designed to ensure animal safety, comfort and viability, regardless of transport duration or climatic conditions.

The grading of birds by bodyweight is the best way to enhance flock uniformity. A uniform flock is easier to manage than a variable one. Birds in a similar physiological state will respond more uniformly to management factors such as light stimulation and feed management. Grading therefore leads to multiple advantages such as better flock planning, lower mortality and higher peak of performance and persistence.
GRADY is designed to help you achieve maximum flock uniformity and therefore improve the overall laying performance of the entire flock in an efficient way. The labor-intensive process is made significantly easier, saving you up to 65 % of working time. With the possibility to include vaccination in the grading process, the number of handlings on the birds is further reduced.
In an increasingly volatile market, performance can no longer depend on peak moments. True Performance means predictable, controlled results — achieved through poultry processing efficiency, real-time data, and digitalization — even under fluctuating bird intake quality, high-speed processing demands, biosecurity pressure, and tightening regulatory requirements.
With BAADER’s digital poultry processing solutions, processors gain real-time production monitoring, and advanced poultry processing data analytics, enabling them to detect deviations early.
At Top Equipment B.V., we think in terms of solutions for poultry welfare and how it can be improved.
In 2011, the first H2H Euthanizer was introduced, and to this day, we remain very proud of the product.
We are also currently working on a new development, which we will tell you more about later.
