Dominion International Trading is an Italian company based in Montefano, in the province of Macerata, specialising in the design and manufacturing of machinery for poultry processing.
With a catalogue of over 55 products, we offer complete solutions for the entire slaughter chain: from scalding to stunning, through to the plucking of chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, pigeons and game birds.
Our product range includes:
- Plucking machines: automatic rotating drum machines for complete plucking in 6–8 seconds, available from compact models for small farms to high-capacity industrial units. The food-grade rubber fingers are non-toxic and respect the animal's skin, ensuring a high-quality end product.
- Electric stunners: compliant with EC Regulation 1099/2009 on animal welfare at the time of killing. Available in manual, water-bath and automatic versions, for poultry, rabbits, sheep and pigs.
- Scalding tanks: for pre-plucking scalding at controlled temperature (max 60–65°C), designed to integrate seamlessly with the full range of DIT plucking machines.
- Accessories: replacement rubber fingers, supports, containers, bleeding systems and everything needed to complete and optimise the processing line.
All machinery is designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, continuously updated to current European standards: Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EC Regulation 1099/2009. Electronic control boards operate at low voltage (24V) to ensure maximum operator safety in wet environments.
