Our vehicles are developed with advanced systems enabling precise and continuous control of the internal environment:
Temperature management
Integrated air conditioning and heating to ensure constant regulation
Hygrometric control
Maintaining the correct humidity level to preserve chick vitality
Optimised ventilation
Positive pressure ventilation to renew air, prevent contamination and guarantee homogeneous distribution
COâ‚‚ monitoring
Real-time regulation and control to ensure a healthy environment
Robust and autonomous solutions
Autonomous power
All our large-format vehicles are powered by a generator, ensuring autonomy from 1 to 36 hours, regardless of external conditions
Transport capacity
From 20,000 to 150,000 chicks per tripEnhanced reliabilitySpecific systems securing ventilation, power supply and vital parameter regulation
Clear market differentiation
Unlike most industry players, we manufacture our own bodies. This full control of design enables us to offer vehicles perfectly adapted to the specific demands of poultry transport.
In the light range, we develop specialised bodies with ultra-light panels, optimising payload and facilitating transport operations.
We also offer integrated automatic disinfection solutions, an essential asset to limit risks during health crises and guarantee a high level of biosafety.
Finally, our interior fittings are optimised to facilitate cleaning, reducing maintenance time and improving sanitary safety for each transport.
AUBINEAU Constructeur expertise: reliability and safety
With over 65 years of experience in specialised vehicle design, AUBINEAU Constructeur combines industrial expertise and innovation. Our vehicles for day-old chick transport are recognised for their:
Own product: Soya Lecithin
Key products: Calcium Propionate, Lactose, Vitamins
Fenbendazole, Oxfendazole, Mebendazole, Ivermectin and other veterinary drugs.
In an increasingly volatile market, performance can no longer depend on peak moments. True Performance means predictable, controlled results — achieved through poultry processing efficiency, real-time data, and digitalization — even under fluctuating bird intake quality, high-speed processing demands, biosecurity pressure, and tightening regulatory requirements.
With BAADER’s digital poultry processing solutions, processors gain real-time production monitoring, and advanced poultry processing data analytics, enabling them to detect deviations early.
PLASTIC PARTS AND COMPONENTS FOR AGRICULTURE: PAD COOLING SYSTEM, INJECTION MOULDING AND EXTRUSION
Since 1977, BARKU develops and produces plastic products using injection moulding and extrusion. The products are also assembled and shipped as complete assemblies. BARKU's proprietary products in the greenhouse sector include the Pad Climate System, Growing Gutters, and other profiles for greenhouses. Today, more than 15,000 tons of raw material are processed annually. The plant at the company headquarters in Barnstorf now covers an area of 65,000 m², of which 21,000 m² are covered. More than 150 skilled employees work here in three shifts, utilizing state-of-the-art technology
Extruded plastic parts
Our current 13 extrusion lines process around 10,000 tons of various thermoplastics into various technical profiles and more than 15,000 km of pipes per year. In addition to hard and soft PVC, we process various other thermoplastics such as POM, PP, PE, TPU/PUR, etc. for high-quality applications.
Co- and tri-extrusion is used to produce, among other things, folding or collapsible profiles, seals and 2- or multi-colored components.
The integration of downstream processing steps such as drilling, punching, milling, sleeving, etc. allows for the economical production of components with additional functions.
Injection-moulded plastic parts
Our injection moulding department currently has more than 70 injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 200 to 11,000 kN.
A wide variety of thermoplastics (including ABS, ASA, PS, PP, PP TV, PP GF, PE, TPE and TPU, POM, PA 6 + PA 6.6 with and without GF or GK, PK and PVC) are molded millions of times into components of reproducible quality up to an injection weight of up to 9 kg.
Machines are available for the implementation of articles using the so-called 2- or 3-component technology (different colors or materials, e.g. hard-soft) as well as the insert moulding process (inserting and overmoulding metal components).
Assembly of components
Depending on the application, your assembly consisting of several components will be assembled manually, partially automatically, or fully automatically if required.
At BARKU, in addition to suitable manual workstations, we also use high‑precision fully automated machines and, in some cases, autonomous systems that operate independently over entire shifts.
Simple form-fitting assemblies, several coordinated work steps and complex joining processes ensure that your application is implemented in a functional and, at the same time, needs-based manner.
It’s established in 1997, which has 29 years of experience for leading manufacture of enzymes and probiotics for animals in the world.

Anglia Autoflow is the family business based in Norfolk, England. Since 1969 Anglia Autoflow step by step has been designing, developing, manufacturing and implementing into modern industry a range of innovative and leading-edge products for the food processing industry – the turn key solution for live birds logistic chain. Anglia Autoflow has been at the forefront of creating modern industry standards for the catching, transport and factory handling of poultry. Thanks to Anglia Autoflow, the hanging of birds from open topped drawers has become an industry preference. Easyload™ Transportation solution (Drawer & Module System) was introduced in 1981 and has been a global success, replacing dumping container systems – improving welfare and product quality. Hundreds of Easyload™ systems operating in climates ranging from the severe cold of Canada and Russia to the extreme heat of the Middle East and Africa. Since the mid 80s, the Easyload™ harvester by Anglia Autoflow completely solves the downgrading problems resulting from manually catching and loading birds. The dimensions and manoevrability of the Harvester allow it to work in any type of shed, even with columns and on any litter. These days, the broilers harvesting automation is especially relevant due to the shortage of labour and its high cost. Easyload™ Packer counts and records birds numbers. The world's first nitrogen based Controlled Atmosphere Stunning Easyload™ system was installed in UK in May 2002. Scientific research conducted by the University of Bristol, Anglia Autoflow were able to alongside independent industry tests, conclude that Anglia Autoflow's Controlled Atmosphere Stunning (CAS) produced high quality meat and provided the best welfare solutions. By combining their extensive industry knowledge and experience alongside the work carried out by the University of Bristol and Anglia Autoflow were able to successfully develop the nitrogen based stunning system. Anglia Autoflow won the RSPCA Freedom Foods Alastair Mews Award in 2002. RSPCA is non-profit making farm animal welfare scheme, that promotes improved animal welfare on farms, during transport and at the abattoir. The judges, who included vets, academics, livestock consultants and representative from the trade press commented on the Easyload™ system as "having the potential to have a huge impact on the industry". After CO2 was approved for stunning, Anglia Autoflow developed 5 stage Control Atmosphere Stunning that just used this gas. Birds in drawers smoothly transfer through this system, calmly pass into unconsciousness and remain in this state throughout the hanging and kill process. This eliminates bird stress, releases of adrenaline in the blood and significantly increases the quality of meat. The gas injection and transfer of birds through the CAS systems is automatically controlled and adjusted to suit the bird and line throughput. The Anglia Autoflow's CAS Halal approved in many countries and preferred by Fast Food Chains wanting high product quality and animal welfare. Easyload™ is the best turnkey high bird welfare solution for poultry logistic: Automatic catching Efficient loading Efficient transporting High speed automatic handling at the processing plant Controlled Atmosphere Stunning for all types of birds.
