Like all Unibloc pumps, the 700 series meets the strictest hygienic requirements. Manufactured from FDA-compliant materials and featuring a sanitary design, these pumps are perfectly suited for CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sterilisation In Place) procedures. The patented Safety Swing Arm adds an extra level of safety during maintenance, minimising the risk of injury and damage.
Cage Unit Designed for maximum uniformity.Each unit is 1.23 m² is made of high-coated galvanized sheet and wire (310-350 gr/m²).It can be installed between 3 and 6 floors, without a platform and without requiring auxiliary products.It works without problems up to 150 meters thanks to its modular structure.The base is designed with 19×19 mm galvanized steel mesh; It is comfortable even for 1 day old chicks.
Feeding SystemThanks to the special feeding plateau with 28 small holes, newborn chicks can easily reach the feed.Problems of feeding into the eye and mixing of fertilizer with the feed have been prevented.
Cage CompartmentsThe covers in the middle of each compartment open towards the inside; providing easy access.The compartments at the base are designed to prevent chicks from getting stuck and injured.
